They are all the exact same except price.

I would contact a local independent agent and get quotes on Mutual of Omaha, Loyal American, Continental, Admiral, Shenandoah and United Teachers.

Go with whichever is the cheapest. The United Healthcare/AARP is usually overpriced because they have to give AARP a cut which adds to the price you pay.
